Jamboree On The Air / Jamboree On The Internet

JOTA/JOTI is an annual event where thousands of Scouts and Guides from all over the world make contact with each other through amateur radio.

What? Spend half a day meeting Scouts and Guides from around the world over the radio waves and on the internet. Build your own electronic circuit and complete a number of badge requirements. For the other half of the day take part in adventurous activities at one of our Scout Adventures centres.

Three scouts using SkypeWhen? Saturday 21st to Sunday 22nd October 2017.
(Woodhouse Park: 20th, 21st and 22nd October 2017)

The day will be split into one morning and one afternoon session.

Session times:
Saturday: 09:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:30
Sunday: 09:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:00

At Woodhouse Park, some activities will be available from Friday.

Overnight camping available – please book with your tickets.

Where? Scout Adventures Gilwell Park, Scout Adventures Woodhouse Park and Scout Adventures Youlbury.

Who? All Scout and Girl Guide sections (under 18 years)

How much?
Participants £12.50
Leaders FREE
This price includes a badge for participants and leaders, half a day JOTA/JOTI activities – including an electronic kit to take home at the end of the day – and half a day adventurous activities on site.

Due to our partnership with Avon County, tickets for Avon County Scouts at Woodhouse Park will be available at a discounted rate of £10.00.
